Q: Should I pay any sample charge?

A: A4 size sample or small roll is free, but big roll needs to charge the basic cost of material and freight.

Q: Can I specify the roll width?

A: Our standard roll width are 297/310/440/620/880/914/1070/1270/1520mm , you can also custom roll width.

Q: What's the payment term?

A: We accept 30%TT deposit before production, 70% balance paid before shipment.

Q: How many plotter paper can a 20" OR 40" container hold?

A: Usually, it's about 500ctns for 20'feet container, and approx. 1105ctns for 40'feet container
