What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 500pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please let me know how many piece you need,and we can calculate the cost correspondingly.
Q2： How soon will I get my pricing after I submit my request for quote?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent, please call us or send an email so that we
will regard your inquiry as priority.
Q3: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our papal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q4: Can you accept OEM / ODM service?
A: Yes, we have our own R&D team, we can produce products as per your need. you can customize your own product.
Q5: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A:If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size, structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.
Q6: What type of plastic material is best for my design/component?
A: Plastic Materials selection depends on the application of your product. We will give you some suggestion after we checked the function of your component. And we can make the mould trial with different material according to your requirement.
Q7: What is your payment term?
A: T/T or L/C is workable to you, normal we accept T/T 50% with order, and the balance before the shipment.
