Easy Operation
This wrapper is specially designed for rectangular or similar shaped soaps wrapping. Soaps discharged from stamper will enter this wrapper via the intermediate conveyor
Main performance & structure characteristics
Be picked up by the 4-cup suction system for rotating, and then be put into the product line. The center part star wheel will be fed with soaps, and meanwhile the upper paper feeding system will feed paper, cut paper and wrap the soaps. The wrapped soaps will be sealed and discharged.
This machine is controlled by PLC, highly automated, configured with HMI for operation and settings, easy and convenient.
It can be used together with all kinds of upstream stampers and the downstream end-of-line packing machines for whole line automation.
