This series of vibrating screens perform circular motion and are designed for screening materials in quarries. They can also be used for product classification in coal mines, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industry departments. The YK series is a new model in China. The machine adopts eccentric vibrator and tire coupling. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, strong excitation force, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, strong and durable.
Product Paramenters
This series of screen machines is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and driven by the motor through the coupling. Centrifugal inertial force is generated, forcing the screen box to vibrate.
This series of screening machines is installed in a seat-type manner. The motor installation methods include left-hand and right-hand installation. The adjustment of the screen surface inclination angle can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support.
