※Packing way depends on whether goods will be shipped in FCL way (full container loading) or LCL way (less than container loading) -
Normally will use the Sealed Plywood Package For Wooden Door.
07, Shipping & Clearance
※If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.
※If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.
※If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.

CLIENT: CAN CUSTOMERS ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS AND MODEL IN ONE ORDER?
GRT: Of course you are, and there is no MOQ for our Wooden Door, even 1 set we can offer as well.
CLIENT : WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR SAMPLES?
GRT: For small sample, we can offer for free and you just needs to pay the Express Cost. For completely doors, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order.
CLIENT: WHAT'S YOUR TRADE TERMS AND PAYMENT TERM?
GRT: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR & CIF. You can choose the best one from your side.
On the matter of payment term, normally we have to received 50% deposit by T/T for the fabrication work and the balance paid before loading.
CLIENT: CAN YOU MAKE THE DOOR AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT OR DRAWING?
GRT: Yes, we can. As all of our products are customized as per client's requirement completely. Once we received your drawing we will check it carefully and back to you with the Initial Quotation.
CLIENT: HOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY?
GRT: Warranty is 5 years for the Wooden Door.
CLIENT: CAN YOU HELP US TO SOURCE OTHER SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS?
GRT: Sure, we'd like to source other items for you with 3-5% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and loading work as well.
