Reliability

The crankshaft is made of alloy steel forging. the life 3 times is long more than ordinary nodular cast iron crankshaft.

We make cooperation with the AVL company,we have completed the cylinder cooling waterway improvement design.And completely solved the problem of the cylinder body thermal deformation in design of the Japanese.

For our engine the water cooling tank is top up to 50℃,which can be applied to high temperature dry tropical subtropical regions.

With 93 mm bore also low emission an high compression ratio, the minimum fuel consumption rate is not higher than 215g/kw.h.

The pump chamber of oil pump adopts the integral casting technology. the pump end achieve higher pressure as well as better fuel atomization effect.
