Traditional truck led display on the current market generally uses commom anode technology, which provides 5voltage. But according to scientific study, Led-Red channel only needs 2.8voltage. And Led-Blue, Green both only need 3.8voltage.
Sunrise uses another totally different solution using common cathode technology, which can ruduce the power consumption as much as possible. Compared to traditional truck LED display, ours can save 20-30% of power.
The test results show that the temperature of the common cathode scheme is about 20 degrees lower than that of the convetional common anode scheme.
The test results show that the common cathode directly the color decaying ( brightness, gamut, color temperature) of the common anode during the continuous temperature rise stage, and maintains color consistency at extreme temperatures.
By comparing the temperature rise, color decay, and power consumption test, the common-cathode cold screen has lower temperature, better color consistency and lower power consumption, which is the best solution for outdoor energy-saving display screen.
