Q1. Can I have a sample order? Is there any MOQ? Welcome to try sample order to test. No MOQ limitation for samples, about 3-5 days delivery time by TNT/DHL/UPS/FedEx.

Yes, we do offer ODM&OEM service with a specialized R&D teams focusing on design, engineering, electronic, optic and processing.Welcome to customize such as your brand, Logo, color, product manual, package,etc.
Q3. What is the control distance? Do I need to be in the range all the time?
Only need to be in the range about 30m with WiFi when you program the light. Once you set the color and mode, you and your phone can go anywhere, and the light with memory function will continue to work according to your settings.
Q4. Is it possible to setup the lamps to cycle through all the colors in a continuous loop?
Yes. If you use the App, you can set it to pulsating colorful/Dazzling/Gorgeous(on the scene page) and it will cycle through all the colors.
Q5. We just purchased them, they won't connect to the Smart Life App, we followed the instructions, even the manual set up, nothing work, ideas?
Power it off/on 3 times quickly so they start blinking rapidly and make sure you are connected to WiFi, they should work unless there is something wrong with the lights.
Q6. Will this remember on and off times settings? For example 9pm to 11pm everyday?
Yes. There is timer function to automatically turns on/off the lights at the time you set.
