All our grinders are under one-year limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship.
2. Is it possible to get spare and replacement parts for my grinder?
With 1 year warranty, replacement not under human damage will be sent over on our cost. However if you want spare parts senttogether with grinder, there would be extra charge.
3. How often should I clean my grinder?
We recommend regular cleaning of the burrs and interior to keep your grinder running smoothly, e.g. every two~three weeks. Depends on the how often you use it.
4. What do I need to do before using my grinder for first time?
Your new grinder is ready to use straight from the box. Adjust the grind setting and enjoy!
5. How do I adjust the settings of the grinder?
Please read the user manual carefully before operation.
6. How to clean and maintain my grinder?
We offer you detailed instruction for cleaning and maintenance. or you can Contact Us for specific technical problems and we will reply you as soon as possible.
7. How can I remove odor and coffee oils from the grinder?
Simply grind rolled oats or instant oats, wipe with a damp towel and dry immediately. Excessive moisture will damage the grinder.
