Use of gas cylinders:

The user shall abide by the gas cylinder and gas use management system and safe operation rules, and conduct safety technical education to operators.

Do not knock or bump in use. When the bottle valve is frozen, do not bake with fire, do not approach the heat source, and the distance from the open fire shall not be less than 10m.

When using acetylene bottle and oxygen bottle at the same time, the distance between the two bottles should not be less than 5m, pay attention to the fixation, prevent dumping, do not put the use of horizontal. The gas in the bottle shall not be used cleanly, and the residual pressure gas above 0.05mpa shall be left.

Special pressure reducer and tempering preventer must be used. When opening, the operator should stand behind the side of the valve, the action should be slow, not too fast.

It is strictly forbidden to be placed in a place with poor ventilation. It should be placed directly on the ground. It should not be placed on rubber or other insulators to prevent electrostatic fire.

Attention should be paid to:

1. The place of acetylene bottle shall not be close to heat source and electrical equipment, and the distance from open flame shall not be less than 10m;

2. Use upright;

3. Do not place in the place with poor ventilation or radioactive source;

4. It is strictly prohibited to strike or collide, arc start or place on the insulator;

5. Do not expose to the sun. Do not heat the bottle with a heat source above 40 degrees Celsius.

6. Acetylene and oxygen cylinders are placed on the same trolley, isolated with non-combustible materials;
