This robotic welding system is used for welding bed frames, and similar frames. Using the MIG, MAG, CO2, or TIG welding method, suiting for two kinds of welding requirements, one situation is big size workpieces with double sides welding requirement, such as kinds of bed frames. Another situation is small size workpiece with single side or double sides welding requirement, such as kinds of bed legs. So this system uses two welding stations, one is for welding bed frames, another is for welding bed legs.
