Production Description
Briquetting machine is used for pressing materials with powder type into ball shapes . Such as coal fines , coke fines , charcoal powder , carbon black , iron ore fines , cast ore fines , mill scale , mangenese ore fines , phospho gypsum and so on . The briquettes shape can be designed of round ball shape , oval shape , oblateness , elongated shape , square shape etc . It widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry .
Working Principle
Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely . Materials natually enter into ball mold , along with the rollers rotation , pressure of materials bearing become larger . When arriving at two rollers contact point , materials bearing pressure reaches peak . Under the tremendous pressure , materials become ball shape from powder shape .

The final briquettes have features of high density , high hardness , high performance and the surface is smooth . It can improve the utilization of wastes greatly through using briquetting machine .
