PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low energy consumption, high output, stable work.
The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine.
We also can choose double/four PVC electric conduit extrusion line to make small size pipes.
The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine adopt Siemens motor, Schneider contractor,ABB inverter, RKC/OMRON temperature controller.

3.6 Centralized Drainage Device Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. We use double-chamber structure. First chamber is in short length, to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum function. As calibrator is placed in the front of first chamber and pipe shape is formed mainly by calibrator, this design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of pipe.
