This lock is powered with 4 AA battery, 4 pcs new alkalinity batter ies can be used over 10,000 times opening , a bout 12 months.
Q2.What to do when battery is run out?
L ock will “ beep ” to prompt when power is lower than 3.5V, please change the battery when it alarm . Lock still can be open ed about 200 times after it prompt. If battery is not work ing , use the backup key to open the door.
Q3.How to open the lock if the card is not work or there is something wrong with the electronic part?
Each lock is equipped with 2 mechanical keys.
