Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Pls fee free to tell us how many pieces you need,we will caculate the cost corresp- ondingly,hoping you can place larget order after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Q2: Sample

Sure.We usually provide exiting sample for fee.But a little sample charge for custom designs.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account,if not,you can pay the freight charge to us,we will ship with our account.

Q3: Sample lead time

A: For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days.If you want your own designs,it takes 5-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,etc.

Q4: Production lead time

A: It takes 35 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q5:  What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A: We have our own designer in house.So you can provide JPG,AI,CDR OR PDF,etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q6:  How many colors are available?

A: We match colors with Pantone Maching System.So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need.We will match the colors.Or we will recommand some popular colors to you.

Q7:   What is your payment term?

A: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% before shipment
