Construction Method:

1). Ensure all surface are clean,dry and dust-free. Remove any loose particles and any rust with a wire brush & soft broom.
2).Roll out the membrane.
3).Remove the backing paper and place the adhesive side to the previously prepared surface.
4).To ensure a tight contact-smooth the tape down with a dry cloth, remocing all the air bubbles;
5).Press the tape to the surface firmly once in position.
6).Smooth flat all edages with a wallpaper roller or trowel.
7).After use reseal pack and store upright in cool,dry condition.
How long do White TPO roofs last?

TPO membrane is still the new kid on the block, so while manufacturers will warranty the roof for up to 35 years, and even though
TPO is relatively inexpensive, there simply hasn’t been enough time to fully test a 35 year old TPO roof and whether or not it
will last the entire time 100%.
Additionally, many of the early TPO roofs broke down after about 10-15 years of usage, and while the manufacturing methods changed
to lengthen and strengthen TPO, it still hasn’t had enough time to fully test.

What is the difference between TPO and EPDM roofing?
The main difference is that EPDM usually has a dark surface, which in summer conditions will absorb heat from the sun, forcing your air conditioning units to work harder, whereas TPO membrane roofing is white which will reflect sunlight, allowing commercial air conditioners to work more efficiently. White EPDM is available but far more costly.
TPO membrane also has a somewhat higher resistance to punctures than EPDM, but EPDM tends to be cheaper to install and cheaper to repair.
