- Tolerance: For 0.5-1.0mm thickness ,0-0.08mm; For 1.0-3.0mm,0-0.1mm; For 3.0 to 6.0mm ,0-0.15mm; For 6.0-8.0mm,0-0.2mm;
- Mechanical Property: For 1.0-6.0mm, GR3 tensile strength can be stably controlled at 550(+/-10)MPa ,and GR5 ,Ti-6al-4v ELI can be stably controlled at 1000(+/-20)MPa .
- Microstructure: For 1.0-6.0mm,GR3 grain size can reach more than level 9, and TI- 6AL-4V ELI,Ti-6AL-7Nb microstructure can be stably controlled are A1-A3;
- Flaw detection : 100% ultrosonic/turbine flaw detection to eliminate metallurgical defects and non-ferrous impurities .
