Product Description
Plastic bag inserter
Bag Inserter opens, inserts, and cuffs perforated plastic bags from roll stock into a wide variety of corrugated cases at speeds of up to 10 cases per minute. Advanced design features guarantee smooth and precise bag placement and handling. Furthermore, high-visibility machine status lighting, non-contact interlocks, Safety Circuits, easily accessible grace port and an auxiliary operator station are standard features on the machine.

Film requirements, bag material (PE)
1, bag type: M-type (M-type film for directed insert);
2, thickness : 0.03-0.10mm.
3, roll film diameter (outside diameter) requirements: φ ≤ 300mm. 4, M-type film size:
1) film perimeter ≈ carton perimeter + 200~250mm.
(2) film width ≈ carton length +10~20mm; film insertion length ≈ carton width*0.65.
Note: the above calculation method of membrane size is only suitable for conventional cartons.
If the carton is square (or close to square), in order to ensure that the film perimeter remains unchanged,
and the distance between the center of the two inserts of the film is 10~20mm the width of the film can be increased appropriately.

he film size can be fine-tuned according to the actual carton size to better suit the carton packaging application.
