Product Description

Machine Specifications:

The classic push table saw has been upgraded:

1: Double layer thickened push table (most peers are single layer)

2: The connection base between the body and the push table is all milled flat with a gantry milling machine, so there will be no problem of errors before and after the push table (more than 95% of manufacturers have saved this process)

3: All bearings have been replaced from Japan with SKF bearings from Sweden to solve the problem of saw shaft heating and noise (the cost has increased by over 200 to solve the noise and extend the service life of the machine)

4: The cast iron workbench is equipped with a protective saw blade as standard, ensuring that the saw blade will not be damaged due to touching the cast iron workbench during the lifting process (most domestic manufacturers do not bring it)

5: The machine has added a dust cover and a feeder as standard (as above)

6: Add German technology high-end saw blades (with a particularly high number of repeat customers, not ordinary trial machine saw blades)

7: Upgrade the profiling column to a thickened chrome plated and non rusting one (non rusting means smooth sliding, not afraid of moisture)

8: The guiding ruler baffle has been upgraded to an aluminum alloy baffle, which will not allow the thin plate to pass through the baffle. The baffle slides smoothly (there may be errors when forming polyester synthetic materials at the low end)

9: Added positioning slots for the push table to prevent displacement during transportation (small details to solve major problems)

10: Before leaving the factory, the machine must be fully debugged to an accuracy of less than 20 threads in order to pass the quality inspection department. It is best to ensure that customers receive it and it can be easily installed and used.
