1. Turn the POWER (On the back of the machine) ， the indicator will be on.
2. Press MODE(11 mode)， the indicator will be on
3. Press Select Arm ,or Waist, or Legand choose any part you want .
4. Now press “Start/Pause’’, the machine begin to work .
