1.2 Structural features:

1.2.1 Machine base

1.2.3, Mandrel

The mandrel is a hollow square body or a circle, with a copper pad (pad) on it, which is clamped and fixed together with the piano type pressure finger. The trolley is run by a DC stepper motor or a servo motor, and then linear motion is achieved by the gear and rack. The motor adopts digital pulse stepless speed regulation, and the trolley speed is 100 ~ 1000mm / min. When you need to move the car fast, you can move the car's front handle plate-type, release the gears and racks, and you can push the car to move fast (manually).
