Detailed Images

1. Diesel engine

The engine is under the seat and hopper.

We use famous Changchai brand diesel engine ZS1115, 16.2kw, 22HP in the previous .

And upgrade it to Changchai brand diesel engine L24, 17kw, 24hp at present.

And it is equipped with electric starter and h and rocking bar.

2.1 Strong 8-speed rear axle, SF Brand

* The latest LK270D use the rear axle which is SF 8-speed heavy strong type, which gear box is bigger than previous. Replacing into this rear axle need to add extra fee, but at present(till 2023/9/30) it is free of charge to replacement.

* The previous rear axle used on LK270D is SF 7-speed heavy strong rear axle.

2.2. Direction and fixing method of ‘U’ shape supporting on rear axle and spring steel plates.

* The previous U shape supporting is upwards, and it is fixed by screws on the steel plate above spring steel plates.

* The present U shape supporting is downwards . And it is totally fixed on the holes reserved on the side of rear axle pipes. So it will not move at all.

3.1 Front plate(portal frame) of cargo box and thickness of cargo box.

* The present one uses thick beams.

And steel plates are cut by laser cutting machine then welded. Please refer to the photos below:

* The previous front plate (portal frame) uses sample design beams.

3.2. Hopper thickness + Treatment process of hopper’s side beams/columns :

1) The previous thickness of cargo box is 3mm. * The present thickness of cargo box is 5mm for bottom plate and 3mm for side plate. And it is more durable and solid. In this way, it can bear the weight of heavy and sharp rocks or minerals especially for which are falled from mucking loader.

2) Present hopper’s side beams/columns use the complete rectangular tubes which has been laser half cut and then welded. More tidy, more beautiful, more labor saving and time saving. This is similar to that of electric dumper's hopper. * Previous use rectangular tubes section by section and then welding them together. Disadvantage: There are welds, which are not aesthetically pleasing. Consumes more steel, time-consuming, and labor consuming.

3.3 A new self-unloading hook design is adopted.

From the original one, the self-unloading hook is directly hung on the iron shaft fixed on the frame, and then fixed by the pin. It is changed to a new design + fixed by the pin, which can be more stable, anti-reverse hook, more beautiful and stronger.

4. Hydraulic lifting system.

* Hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic cylinder. 3-section strong hydraulic cylinder which can lifting the hopper with fully loaded
easily.

* Diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank. * Present diesel dumper uses integrated type 2 oil tanks, diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank are together but in different box . Diesel tank on the left, while hydraulic tank on the right. * Previous diesel dumper uses split type of diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank.

5. Air filter assembly+ Exhaust gas treatment device

* Air filter assembly adopts double filtration of metal + grease. After the air is inhaled, it first passes through the metal filter mesh to filter out relatively large impurities, etc., and then passes through the grease layer to filter out fine dust. After double filtration of metal + grease , the air inhaled by the diesel engine is guaranteed to be clean and the working efficiency of the diesel engine is improved.

* The waste gas treatment device is equipped with catalytic enzymes, which can effectively treat the harmful gas generated after
combustion, provide a safe working environment, protect the safety and health of personnel, and protect the ecological
environment.

6. Hydraulic Power S teering and Guard board of steering wheel.

1) It adopts steering wheel with power ball and hydraulic power steering device , which is easy to operate, easy to control the direction, save time and effort.

2) Protective cover for steering gear - plastic VS metal. * Present type uses plastic protective cover again, while previous type uses metal. * In fact, metal is more strong and more durable, but some clients prefer to plastic cover. We can provide any of them for you and your clients.

7. SF Brand Double-row big shock absorption + Front baffle

1) Its Double-row shock absorption in SF brand is the best which is very strong and durable.

Shifeng brand is famous brand on machinery spare parts brand.

2) Front baffle - narrow VS wide. * Present type has a narrow baffle which is similar to that of electric mini dumper’s. Light is also changed. Because it is easy to turning for dumper coming with a narrow baffle in a narrow mine or tunnel. * Previous type is wide baffle. But both of them are OK. We will make the baffle according to clients requirement. The price will reducing US$15 if changing into this narrow baffle.

6.50-16. It can be replaced into 6.00-16 (if need narrow vehicle width).

9. Alternator, battery and their Position.

* 12V1000W alternator. * 12V105ah lead acid maintenance free battery.

* The previous battery and alternator are both outside. * The present battery and alternator are both inside, under the cargo box. This position is safer and can prevent rain and bump.
