Return and Refund
When ordering: Please note return and refund are not acceptable as the costume is made to order. Once the order is placed, we will start to make, there will be costs caused by me, therefore the order can't be canceled once it's placed.
After production: We will send photos and videos to you before shipping out. Once received the costume, if you found any shipping damage or quality problem, please contact us in three days. Because the costume has stilts inside, some performers may need some time to get used to the balance. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by performers. But we’ll advise you how to repair it.
The costume is customized as your demands, so there will be no return policy. Any shipping damage or quality occurs within 3 days the parcel arrives, we will help to replace the parts or do some refund.
