1) How does infinite loop piston work?

STANDARD dispensing screw valve belongs to rotary volume pump group. The operation is based on the infinite cyclic piston principle, which conveys the product from the suction end to the release end, thus establishing a pressure difference. The core of each application is a volumetric conveying metric screw valve. The rotor with eccentric motion and adapted to the characteristics in conveying and dosing, the interaction of the stator which corresponds to the condition of the application result of the unending motion piston, because of the geometrical measurement, the constant is always proportional to each turn,and by changing the direction of rotation can change the direction of transmission, so the volume is determined by the angle.

In addition, our technology provides a pressure-stabilized, linear-head pump capacity curve. This makes it clear that the operating rate, time and emission ratios are present. Thus this kind of pump is a revolution in both time and use, and is more widely used with constant dose transport applications. This metering pump has an accurate output measurement of 1% (different media), and the practical operation can be better controlled.

3) What can be the reason for too little or no flow of medium?

(1) Potential cause: Motor (dispenser cable) is not connected

Correction: Connect motor to eco-CONTROL unit Check all connections!

(2) Potential cause: Dosing needle is blocked, dosing needle is bent

Correction: Clean and replace the dosing needle

(3) Potential cause: Medium has hardened / cured

Correction: Clean the dispenser

(4) Potential cause: The dosing needle is too small or too long

Correction: Use a different dosing needle cross-section Reduce Dosing speed / flow rate

(5) Potential cause: Insufficient supply of medium

Correction:Increase the supply pressure.Check for air-bubbles.Check the hose line.

(6) Potential cause: Stator is swollen

Correction: Check material resistance, contact manufacturer

4) Why is it leaking or spilling after delivery ?

(1)Potential cause: Reverse flow not properly adjusted
