1. Can you design the playground according to our yard?
Yes, we accept OEM. The designer team can make suitable design basing on the real field avoiding barrier.
2. Is it harmful to children health?
No. All the material are European standard which have reached the imported food grade. No harm to kids health.
3. What certificates do you have?
Our product meet CE, GS, SGS, ISO, EN1176, SASO certificates.
4. What is the delivery time?
15~20days
5. We haven’t imported before, can you ship the goods to our warehouse?
Yes. Although our usually trade term is EXW, FOB, we can also arrange transportation to your warehouse.
6. How to assemble the playground equipment once we received it?
There CAD install instruction will be provided, Of course our skilled installation worker will go to your country and install the playground if needed.
7. What’s the payment for the order?
50% deposit once contract signed, 50% balance before shipping by T/T or Western Union.
