Characteristics of wood preservation autoclave:

1.Durable: kettle is made of complete piece 16MnR steel sheet through suppression and flanges of body and kettle through forging.Parts that bear pressure are treated with heating and go through nondestructive testing.

2.Easy operation: door adopts the quick open structure in two ways: top open structure with lever mechanism and side open structure with rotating arm mechanism.The top open structure is coupled with counterweight device. Based on the requirement of user door can be designed with electric, pneumatic and hydraulic opening.

3.Tight sealing: Seals of imported rubber are applied for sealing and motor is used for tightening sealing.

4.Safe: equipped with interlock protection device, which avoids the wrong operation and ensures the safety of equipment and operators.
