Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the products are regular design. The specific delivery time depends on the product design and quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample, but sample fee need be charged. as usual, the sample fee can be deducted if the order get confirmed and reach a certain quantity. For details, please feel free to contact us.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

Q: How to deal with the faulty ?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate and dimension error rate will be within 0.5% because of our crystal items are hand-made.
If there is breakage because of the shipping, the products can be re-made for free, but the shipping charge will be covered by clients.
