Product Application
QT4-25 is one kind hollow brick making machine production line. It is hydraulic pressure and fully automatic. This whole line includes stacker machine, host machine, conveyor belt, JD500 mixer and PLC controller.
The capacity of QT4-25 is about 4608 pieces for one day of block mold size 400x200x200mm. 9216 pieces one day of size 400x100x200mm.
QT4-25 fully automatic block machine line can make different kinds blocks like hollows, pavers, curbstone, solid blocks by changing different block molds.
The total pressure of the total line is 36KW, which is enough to make strong and high quality bricks.
