2) Performance:
1. The ink dots printed on the silicon wafer are clear, uniform in size, of moderate thickness, non diffusing, and do not affect the size and thickness of the dots when the machine pauses briefly. They do not block or accumulate ink.
2. Ink has high color concentration, good covering power, and high temperature resistance. After baking at 100-150 ℃, it has good adhesion, resistance to acid and alkali, alcohol, acetone, and other chemicals.
3. Ink has low odor and extremely low volatility, meeting environmental requirements such as VOC and ROHS, and can also choose colors that comply with halogens.
4. Ink single component, without the need for diluents and curing agents, can also be customized with different viscosities of raw ink according to customer requirements.
5. The boiling point of ink is above 240 ℃ and the flash point is above 100 ℃. It evaporates slowly and is not classified as a flammable or explosive product. Storage and transportation are very safe.
