The X-50 includes advanced X-ray tube technology with other SciApsx series models (at 40ky max) for inspection including Ti, v, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, CuZn, W, Ta, Hf, Re, Se, Au, Pb, Bi, Zr, Mo, Pd, Ag.Cd, Sn, Sb, Y, Nb, Ru, Pt, Ir, In and AS. More elements can be added on request. Complete sample results are displayed in less than a second.
