Polyurethane foam for fill trye -flastproof tyres
1. Introduction
DHK series of polyurethane tire filling material is a more cost effective polyurethane elastomer material which has a wide application in industrial use. It mainly has the following advantages:
- High strength, good toughness, low weight
- Oil resistance, hydroxyl resistance and excellent fatigue resistance
- High vibration reduction ability
- Good hydrolysis resistance, anti fungus property and dynamic bending performance
2. Characteristics
Polyurethane fill tire is flat proof, which can be used under damp, hot low temperature and other bad environment for long time. It uses normal tire as the out shell, injecting polyurethane elastomer of low hardness. This kind of tire mainly has the following properties:
- Flat proof
- High abrasive ability and tractive performance
- Low hardness
- Excellent weather resistance
3. Application
It is widely applicable in mining equipment, excvavtor, wheeled crane, forklift, airport, port truck and
mechanicals, harvester and other agricultural machine, military use like wheeled chariots etc.
