Zinc bloom size
Zinc bloom is a characteristic of traditional hot-dip galvanized/galvalume steel sheets. When the steel strip passes through the zinc pot, the surface is coated with liquid zinc. Then during the natural solidification of the zinc layer, the zinc grains nucleate and grow, and zinc splatter appears.
Production Process
Hot-rolled steel coils are acid-washed to remove the surface iron oxide, then decoiler levelling, it is cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride.And then sent to the hot-dip The plating bath is cooled and dried again, and then flattened to form a galvanized steel coil.
