Introduction

SMC/BMC compression moulding is a process that put a certain amount of mouldingcompound into the

metal matched-die, under the effect of certain temperature and pressure, the moulding compound will be heated to plasticize in the mould ,thenflow and fill the mould cavity ,and curing to the products. Typical products include the cable bearers, electrical equipment housings, building templates, air-condition shells, car body components, switch boxes, sanitary fittings.,etc.

A:Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibers are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Our common resins are unsaturated resins, vinyl resins and epoxies. FRPs are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine and construction industries.

A: Yes.We can customize specific moulds to make products according to the drawings you provide. We can make products of different specifications, shapes, colors and sizes.

A: The price depends on the quantity ordered. The larger the quantity ordered, the larger the discount.

Q: How about the delivery time?
A: 10-15days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 30-35days to finish the order for a 20ft container. Of course, we can also meet the urgent delivery time if the production schedule is not tight. Welcome to ask for the detailed delivery time according to your order quantity.

Q: How can you guarantee the product quality?
A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2008, and it’s been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team, and each our package worker will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instruction before packing.
