Chaoba Silky White Bleach Powder is formulated corn starch which have a non-drying and non-flaking properties. It is dust-free and enriched with keratin to provide conditioning hair bleaching. With up to 9 levels of color lifting high performance. It is ideal for highlights or full head bleaching.
[Directions]
Mix chaoba color developer with chaoba silky white bleac powder in a ratio of 2:1. The bleaching level can be controlled by adjusting the bleaching time. Recommended bleaching time is 5-30 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly with water after use.
