Fabric Cutting Machine – The Fabric Cutting Machine is used for FIBC jumbo bags and woven sacks. It is designed for fast and accurate cutting, giving a better finish with reduced labour costs. The fabric-cutting machine supports the heat cut and the ultrasonic cut methods.

Are FIBC bags waterproof?
FIBC bulk bags are made of one or more layers of woven polypropylene strips. Polypropylene is a plastic that's often spun into fibers and woven together into a fabric. Because FIBC bags are made of this woven material, they are very breathable and not waterproof or watertight.

Are FIBC reusable?
Modern FIBC bags are made of materials that make them fit for reuse. However, remember here that single-use bags have a safety factor (SF) of 5:1, which means they can only be used once and are not suitable for reuse. Your FIBC bag should be built with a higher SF of 6:1 to be considered fit for multiple uses.

How do you empty a bulk bag?
Bulk bags are usually emptied by a discharge spout, which is a spout that is attached to the bottom of the bulk bag. Usually the discharge spout is tucked inside a closure on the bottom of the bag. The closure is sometimes called a petal closure, pajama closure, star or x-cut closure. The closure is designed to protect the spout and to prevent the product from sifting out of the discharge before it's intended discharge. Discharge spouts can be customized with specific sizes and closures.
