These are not motion sensor. They come on at dusk and depending on how much sun will stay on until dawn.
4. Do these have an on off switch that I can turn them off when I want to or do they just stay on all night long?
They do not have an on/off switch, but after they charge all day, they provide almost 8 hours of light
