We are glad to send our existing samples for free,but shipping cost is borned by the buyer. If OEM sample is required, sample charge will be incurred, but we will return the cost to you when you place the first order with us.

3. What file format should my logo be for your art department?
You can send it in a BMP, GIF, AI, PDF. our art department will do the best to make it look the best.
4. How do you control your quality?
We have strict Quality Inspection System for both raw materials and finished goods before delivery.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram,Visa,PayPal, Mastercard or Alipay Other payment methods are also negotiable.
6. What's the shipping way?
For small cargo size order(under 10ctns), we can send goods by DHL/Fedex/UPS For bigger quantity order, we can arrange boat or air shipment upon client's demands.
