Just like melamine MDF, PVC foam boards can also be laminated with decorative surface material. Our laminated PVC foam board is glued by PUR hot melt adhesive, which is more environmentally friendly and safe.The substrate can be PVC foam board or WPC foam board. Surface materials are available in PVC film, HPL, aluminum, acrylic, and PET.
EMBOSSED SURFACE
Embossed PVC foam board can be directly used to make cabinets or other furniture. It does not need to be laminated or painted. We have matte finish, wood grain finish, brushed finish as options. Aesthetically pleasing, it is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, making it a popular material for kitchen cabinets and decorative panels.
