(1)
The outdoor unit
generally includes core components such as a compressor, a fan and a condenser, and transfers hot and cold media through the pipe connection between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
(2)
Indoor units
generally include evaporators, circulating fans, condensate discharge ports and other components, which are used to realize the transfer of hot and cold media and air circulation.
During the working process, the outdoor unit inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant through the compressor, compresses and discharges it to produce high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant, and removes the cooling capacity through the condenser. The indoor unit uses the evaporator to release heat, evaporate and cool the refrigerant, and sends the cooled air to the room through the circulating fan. In this way, the entire system absorbs, transfers and dissipates heat.
The indoor and outdoor units of air-cooled unit units are usually connected through refrigerant pipes and cables. This structural design not only facilitates installation and maintenance, but also reduces the space occupied by pipelines and equipment. At the same time, the indoor unit and outdoor unit can maintain good coordination during work to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
