2. Put the materials which need to be crushed into the feed grinding machine by screw elevator

conveying. Then the hammer mill can work to crush them into particles.

3. Gradualy add the other powder and additive into feed mixer by screw conveyor, finally it can mix

together with the particles. About 10-15 mins later , you can stop the feed mixer and dicharge by

openning the manual discharging valve.

4.  All materials mixed well will flow into feed pelleting machine : the feeder can control the feeding speed

against blocking, the conditioner can get the steam from boiler connected for gelatination and

sterilization to improve the capacity and safety.

5.  After the feed pellet is produced , it has high temperature about 60-80 °, the feed cooling machine is

necessary to cool down into room temperature for final bagging.

8.  All the machine need to be started and stopped by the butttons on the controlling cabinet, it is easy to

learn and being operated.

1. Feed hammer mill grinder:

1.1 after working for 200-300 hours, to check wether the hammers corner has

been worn-out, if yes, can make the motor contrarotation to use other corners. When four hammers

corners are all worn-out, pls immediately change new ones. Each set of hammers weight ratio is the

simillar to avoid vibrating because of crushing disc unbalance.
1.2 periodically to see the screen, if it is discovered to be worn-out, pls change the new.

2. Feed mixing machine:

2.1 The bearings need to be change lubricating grease-sodium base grease Zn-3

2.2 Reducer lubricating oil can be 40-50 # machine oil for recommendation

2.3 Pls change the new machine oil after 500 hours for the reducer to work for the first time. then keep

changing oil per half a year (for 8 hours working time). If working time is more than 8 hours , you can

shorten changing time.

3.1 In the production process, pour into 2 # calcium complex grease to the roller through the manual oil

pump every two hours from the main shaft tail.

3.2 Add 2# calcium grease to the feeder and mixing bearing before working
3.3 Add molybdenum disulfide lithium grease to the stirring speed reducer every six months.
3.4 Clean and change oil for the feeder shaft and mixing shaft bearing every two years.
3.5 If the machine long time no use, need to press some not bad oily material to fill the die, All

parts should be cleaned, there shall be no residual feed. Machine appearance should

be cleaned, and stamped with the plastic cover.

4. Feed pellet cooler:

4.1 Airlock bearing changes the lubricating grease every month,

4.2 Reducer changes the lubricating grease every year.

4.3 The bearing in the cooler change the machine oil at regular intervals.

4.4 There is no remnant feed in the cooler after it is stopped to work.
