Structure:
The sand sieving machine consists of main girder, Fu Liang, sand bin, rotary screen, feeding, conveying, walking, power transmission and other parts.
The main channel, angle steel, steel tube, steel tube, steel beam, pay by walking traction, sand silo by steel plate, rectangular pipe and steel components, driven by the motor and reducer, belt, conveyor belt angle (shaft, gear or chain wheel) motor, reducer, spindle rotating sieve mesh frame.
Working principle:
The sand is uniformly transported into the rotary screen from the bottom of the sand bin by the feeding mechanism, and the sand is screened and classified by the rotating sieve, and the finished sand is sent to the required position by the conveyer belt. The waste sand and sundries are removed from the sieve tail and processed separately.
Installation and operation:
1.Sieve machine transported to the work site, the four columns under the formation and compaction, mat on the sleeper, and then walking wheel sand under the root, so that the four column efforts.
The sand sieving machine should be in the horizontal state (before and after a slight level or not), and the inspection level shall be based on the bottom beam.
2.Before use (work), the equipment should be no-load operation (one-way test, then the overall operation), the adjustment of the problem, to confirm the error can be put into use.
When the equipment is working, the conveyer belt should be started, and then the sieve will be started. Finally, the feed will be started.
When stopping, stop feeding, stop and turn the screen, and then stop the conveyor when there is no material.
In case of a sudden power failure, the feeding shall be closed in time, the power supply shall be screened, and the belt sand shall be cleaned at least 1/2, so as to avoid starting the equipment and damaging the equipment.
Maintenance and regulation:
If the working environment of sand sieving machine is not good, regular maintenance should be carried out in time to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
Check whether it meets the requirements of gearbox, should complement the insufficient, usually on a weekly basis, for exposure of bearings, bushings, cross axis of each class (8 hours) oil (grease) once daily for inspection and diagonal belt tightness adjustment found broken, glue should be replaced. (note the type, specifications and spare parts of each corner belt for emergency use).
Angle belt conveyor for rubber products, the use of a few days will stretch, loose, can not reach the power of rotation, should be promptly checked, adjust the degree of tightness.
When the conveyer belt goes deviation, it should be adjusted to the middle position in time, and there are two adjusting bolts at both ends of the main beam of the conveyer belt. When adjusting the bearings to loosen the bolts, then to the right screw can achieve the purpose of regulation, both sides of the screw should be adjusted to the same size, otherwise it will run.
If the deviation of the belt is found, the side bearing bolt is loosened and the main beam is moved outwards, the head wheel is moved outwards so that the correction can be achieved. Turn right to the right, left to the left.
Safe production:
1.The wire should use multi strand flexible water-proof, not being damaged.
2.Operators must be familiar with the equipment work principle and operation method, and can handle minor accidents.
3.Sand screening machine in operation, not allowed to overhaul, oiling, adjustment, touch.
Three, equipment overhaul or cleaning, should be closed (cut off) all the total power supply, and hung up on the prohibition of closing, someone work warning signs.
4.Forklift handling sand, no impact sand screening machine, feeding slowly when feeding, don't bash, so as to avoid equipment deformation effect.
5.Rainy days should stop working on the motor, gate box should be covered, rain, leakage, wounding.
