Product Description

Polyethylene powder is protective and aesthetic coating of wire formed products. Polyethylene encapsulates metal in a finishing that is glossy, smooth and warm to the touch. Also this thermoplastic powder coating is inherently ductile and produces high film build to provide excellent edge coverage. LDPE powder coating can effectively withstand corrosion, has low temperature brittleness, and is superior in impact strength.

PE coating powder is applied mainly with efficient fluidized bed to coat wire items such as bicycle baskets, refrigerator shelves, dish racks, display stands, pet cages, and shower caddies, etc.

Application condition

Pretreat the part to make the surface smooth and clean, preheat the item to be coated to 330±20°C, place it in fluidised bed for 5-15s, then take it out, baking at 180-230°C to let coating film leveled. Finally use air or water patenting to let it cool.
