HDC rubber series watertight connectors are the result of years of cooperation between Beijing Haidichuang and the China State Shipbuilding Corporation System Engineering Research Institute . Through continuous overcoming of many key technologies of deep-sea watertight connectors, they have developed a product that has reached the international first-class technical level and has technical independence. Controllable underwater pressure-resistant rubber connector products.

The rubber material is a military-to-civilian materia l with better flexibility and better deformation and insulation properties at the same strength.

This series of connector products has excellent environmental resistance, sealing performance, mechanical reliability and other characteristics, and is easy to install and maintain. HDC standard circular rubber connector

The standard round series of rubber watertight connectors are the earliest products designed in the world and are still in use today. Through continuous application practice, it has been fully proven that this series of designs is suitable for the market demand in harsh underwater environments.

This series of connectors has 4 different sizes of shells, with a maximum core count of 16 cores, operating voltages from 300 to 600 V, operating currents from 5 to 15 Amp, and working water depths of 7000 m.

Standard connectors include cabled plugs and panel-mounted sockets, as well as waterproof plugs, made of high-grade neoprene and stainless steel. The plug is followed by a waterproof SOOW flexible cable, and the socket is followed by a Teflon-sheathed multi-strand cable. The locking cover are cast from polyacetal resin and used with stainless steel elastic snap rings.
