Q1. I could not meet your MOQ/I want to try your products in a small quantity before bulk orders.
A: Please send us an inquiry list with OEM No. and quantity. We will check if we have the products in stock or under production.
Q2. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, the sample will be free when the amount of sample is less than USD80 ; but the customers have to pay for the courier cost.
Q3. How is your after sale services?
A: (1)Quality guarantee: replace new one within 12months after B/L date if you buy items we recommended with bad quality.
