6. What are the shipping methods of samples?
Our samples are usually shipped by 4 international courier companies which are respectively the FedEx,DHL,UPS and TNT. If you already have an account with one of the above companies, you may ask them to arrange a pick up at our office. Or you can let us know your account number, then we will arrange shipment for you.
7. Can you send me samples? Are they free?
Yes, we would love to send you samples. Our company offers samples free of charge if you need large numbers of samples to distribute to your dealers or customers. However, we do not provide free shipping. The international shipping cost will be borne by your side.
8. Can I turn the photo from internet into mosaic?
Yes, we have the design team and professional software. Also, we can provide the construction drawing for your reference.
9. Can I mix the color on my own?
Yes, we can send the color charts for your reference, you can choose what color you like. And we can send the sample for you toconfirm.
