Product Description

Aluminum / Galvanized Steel Floating Pontoon Dock

1. Aluminum frame or galvanized steel frame floating dock, stable and elegant.

2. HDPE floats or concrete floats with EPS foam, density at least 15kg/m3.
3. WPC decking or other FRP mesh decking, fixed by stainless steel 316L screw and bolts.
4. Rubber fender to protect the dock.
5. Easy and quick assembly, environmentally friendly, sturdy and safe.
6. Long life expectancy.

Aluminum alloy main pontoon is made of 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 Marine grade aluminum alloy. All nuts and bolts are made of 316 stainless steel. The pontoon frame is made of multiple adjustable soft rubber blocks. On the patented main keel carefully developed by Weld way aluminum products, all accessories such as buoyancy and bollard and fenders have prefabricated clamping slots,which are connected to the aluminum frame with stainless steel screws.
