Product Description

This product is a one-component, neutral, room temperature curing silicon-brewed structural sealant, easy to use. It has excellent weathering resistance and long service life. It can withstand the erosion of ultraviolet rays, ozone, rain, and hail, and can maintain good performance in the temperature range of -40"C to 150C.

Basic use

It is suitable for the bonding and sealing of high-end system door and window projects.

It is suitable for bonding and sealing of aluminum-plastic panels, glass, ceramics, and marble tiles.

C onstruction G uide

Solvents such as toluene or lactone must be used to clean the interface and keep it dry;

If it is necessary to use a primer together to enhance its adhesion, it can be applied after the primer is dry;

During construction, customer-sealing glue should be used to completely fill the splicing to ensure that both sides are bonded;

Stick tape on the parts that need to be protected, but do not touch the tape to the surface to be constructed;

Trim the edges immediately before the glue cures to achieve a polished finish.

Cannot be used for structural bonding;

It is not suitable for use on all material surfaces that will exude grease, plasticizer or falling agent;

It is not suitable for airtight places, because the sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to cure;

Not suitable for use on frosted or wet surfaces:

Not suitable for places with continuous flooding or humid places all year round

Precautions

Special attention should be paid to maintaining a good ventilation environment in the sealant construction site;

Keep out of the reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion;

If the eyes accidentally touch the uncured adhesive, wash it with plenty of water and seek medical help.

Storage period

Keep the original sealed state and store in a cool and dry place below 27 "C, the shelf life is 12 months
