GCr15 bearing Chrome steel balls for bracelet decoration
GCr15 bearing Chrome steel balls for bracelet decoration
Chrome steel is one of a class of non stainless steels such as AISI 52100, En31, SUJ2, 100Cr6, 100C6, DIN 5401 which are used for applications such bearings, tools, drills and utensils.
ASIA Type 52100 Chrome Steel Balls are used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications. These Chrome Steel Balls have excellent surface quality. They offer superior wear resistance, high hardness and high load bearing capacity as a result of through-hardening.
Bearing balls are special highly spherical and smooth balls, most commonly used in ball bearings, but also used as components in things like freewheel mechanisms. The balls come in many different grades.

A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races .
The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. It achieves this by using at least three races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lower coefficient of friction than if two flat surfaces were sliding against each other.
Features & Specifications
