Reinforcing steel rebar
Rebar is a steel bar with ribs on the surface, also called ribbed steel bar. It usually has two longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs evenly distributed along the length. There are three shapes of transverse ribs: spiral, herringbone, and crescent. Expressed in millimeters of nominal diameter. Ribbed steel bars are widely used in various building structures, especially large, heavy, light thin-walled and high-rise building structures.The steel types produced are low, medium and high carbon steel and low alloy steel that are in large demand in the market; the maximum rolling speed is 18m/s. Its production process is as follows:Stepping heating furnace → rough rolling mill → intermediate rolling mill → finishing mill → water cooling device → cooling bed → cold shear → automatic counting device → baler → unloading stand.
