We have large warehouse next to our Foshan factory. If you have purchased building materials from other suppliers, you can send the goods to our warehouse, and we can help you collect the goods, load them into containers and arrange for shipment, saving your time and cost. In addition, we can not only provide our own building materials products, but also help you find other products that we cannot provide, work as your buying agent to sourcing the products you need.
1.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer, equipped with professional production lines, have experienced designer team, QC team and very well trained workers.
2. Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?
Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples. Usually samples can be delivered in 3-5 days after post fees received.
3. What is the lead time for mass production?
25-35 days after PO is confirmed.
4. You export goods through what ports?
Shenzhen and Guangzhou are the nearest ports. If customer want to consolidate shipments to other ports, that is no problem, we can have goods shipped to any port in China, or you can help you collect the goods.
5. What are the payment terms?
50% deposit at order, balance 50% to be paid before delivery. We accept T/T, Ali trade assurance.
6. How to install the glass railing?
A paper installation guide & video will be provided, also even to send people to your site to help install is available.
7. How to start an order?
(1) Contact Supplier , and provide your house plan drawing or your demands.
(2) We provide free CAD design drawings and a precise quotation for you.
(3) Detail discussion and nigotiation, samples will be sent if need.
(4) Confirm the final PI, shop drawings, materials and colors.
(5) Production will be arranged if we received your deposit.
(6) Shipment will be arranged after you checked the finished products photos and paid the balance.
(7) You received goods and install it, our team provide complete installation support.
